Whether you’re paddling in a lake or a slow-moving river, the Element 95 provides a comfortable and steady ride.
The adjustable padded seat ensures comfort for paddlers, while the adjustable footrests help you find the right position for better control and efficiency. The lightweight construction makes it easy to lift and transport, and its compact size means that it can be stored in a small garage or apartment space when not in use.
Maintenance is minimal: simply rinse the kayak after each use, especially after paddling in saltwater, to prevent corrosion and wear. The durable rotomolded polyethylene construction ensures that the Element 95 can withstand regular use without losing its performance.
Durability and Build Quality
Constructed from rotomolded polyethylene, the Hoodoo Element 95 is built to last. The material is known for its strength and durability, offering resistance to abrasions, impacts, and UV exposure. Whether you’re navigating calm waters or gently paddling over rocky terrain, this kayak holds up well to regular use.
The rugged build ensures that the Element 95 can handle moderate wear and tear, but it is best suited for flatwater conditions. For more advanced or rough water kayaking, you may want to consider a more specialized kayak, but for its intended purpose, the Element 95 is a dependable and durable choice.

At just 43 lbs, the Hoodoo Element 95 is one of the lighter kayaks in its class, making it easy to handle and transport. Its manageable weight, combined with the molded-in carry handles, allows for effortless loading and unloading. Whether you’re loading it into your vehicle or carrying it to the water, the Element 95’s portability makes it perfect for anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of dealing with a heavy or bulky kayak.
When it comes to storage, the compact size of the Element 95 makes it an ideal option for people with limited storage space. It fits easily in smaller spaces, such as apartments or tight storage areas. The kayak also features a rear tank well with bungee cords for storing small gear, but it’s important to note that it lacks dedicated dry storage, so sensitive items should be kept in dry bags.
